Primary Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Oversee and nurture client accounts to ensure their branding needs are consistently met.

• Cultivating Client Relations: Establish and maintain strong connections with clients, ensuring loyalty and long-term collaboration.
• Streamlined Communication: Collaborate closely with sales support and our network of suppliers. Ensure timely product delivery, keeping our brand promise intact.
• Systematic Updates: Maintain accuracy and regularity in updating our CRM systems, ensuring every interaction is documented.
• Responding to Enquiries: Actively address inbound queries from both clients and suppliers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
• Robust Communication: Prioritise daily communication with sales support teams, clients, and suppliers. This involves a mix of inbound and outbound communications, ensuring fluidity in operations.
• Creative Problem Solving: As part of your training, you'll be equipped to provide innovative solutions tailored to client needs. Your goal? Recommend promotional products that resonate with the client's brand and work within their timescales, budget and scope.
